Chloe offers a unique personal training experience addressing injury and pain areas to get you back to baseline. She leads you through a warm-up, full body workout, stretching/foam rolling at her state-of-the-art gym in Celina and prescribes the appropriate exercises, training volume and intensity to progress you safely. She includes workout variety incorporating TRX, dumbells, squat rack, sliders, Bosu, stability ball, leg bands, cable resistance bands and more for max results.
Virtual 1-1 Personal Training
Chloe assesses your fitness level and addresses injury and pain areas to get you back to baseline. She provides you with your home gym tool list and builds your program tailored to your body and goals. She takes you through each workout on zoom right from your home/travel/gym/work (wherever!) All workouts include a warm-up/activation, full workout and stretching/foam rolling. Clients love the flexibility of these sessions!
Group Training Class Subscription
Chloe leads a zoom group training class 3 times weekly designed for all fitness levels. All workouts are different w/ corrective exercise, foam rolling, stretching and a core finisher! If you can't make it live, you receive the recorded link on YouTube so you can do it anytime while having access to prior workouts! We utilize TRX, Sliders, Stability Ball, Bosu, Dumbells, Resistance Bands, Foam Roller and more!
Virtual Zumba Class Subscription
Chloe leads a one hour high intensity Zumba class filled with fitness moves and latin rhythms! She finishes the class with an arm or glute toning song and foam rolling. Monthly subscription with access to 200+ classes via YouTube.

Chloe specializes in pain relief, injury rehabilitation, corrective exercise, weight loss, nutrition, and functional strength training. She believes in a holistic approach incorporating diet, recovery and training. Chloe has her Masters of Science in Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago. She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has worked in the fitness industry for 6+ years helping others live pain free and acheive their body composition goals safely.
